Zanny Zed was born in the bronx zoo and lived there until he was grown. He was surrounded by some of the finest specimens of Zebra you have ever laid your eyes on. Zed was...well...not one of those fine specimens.

At first the zoo keepers held out hope that Zed would grow out of his awkward, gangly appearance...he did not. Soon the other zebras were making fun of him and not letting him play zebra games. The zoo patrons would laugh and call him names so as you can imagine, Zed had to be removed from his home at the zoo. He needs a good home with someone who will love him unconditionally despite his unusual appearance.
